King Air C90 report  #4  in Sihanoukville

After all this culture excursions someone needs to relax what is best done at the coast. An insider tip is Sihanoukville the only harbor and beach resort town in Cambodia.

 

Beaches are lonely much different as we know them from other places but this will change probably soon.  

Pictures were taken at the time of the Cambodian New Year. Most hotels in town were fully booked.

Our hotel is in the 5 star category and no service is missing.
Breakfast is ready.

Pool and garden are right on the beach. Water and air temp. was around 30°C. Here a look from the hotel room.

 As all pilots I was drawn to the airport and Sikanoukville has a nice little terminal but no traffic.

Here our BMW is lined up ready for take off.      

 Driving time to Phnom Penh is  3 hours 30 min for 230km. By air 40 minutes.
