The Stallion see's 22% less fuel consumption than the Pratt powered I/SP. In cruise flight, fuel burns can be as low as 97 gallons per hour.
Modifications / Conversions:
2008 Completion of Stallion engine conversion which yeilds 37% more takeoff power at rotation than Pratt & Whitney. Stallion has an inital rate of climb at 6,000 feet per minute from sea level, and lightly loaded can make FL410 in 15 minutes. At max gross weight Stallion can make FL430 in 25 minutes. Some Stallion pilots will note in the "remarks" portion of a flight plan high performance engines, and when ATC see's the climb performance often times they will send you up to altitude faster versus vectoring you around traffic.
